Is an Award winning cold climate winery in Tumbarumba (1hr) at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. A day Trip up here is a good idea if you’re spending bit more time. Have a tasting, eat in the restaurant or even order a picnic basket and find a romantic spot in the vineyard! You could visit the Adelong Creek Gold Ruins along the way or even the incredible Paddy’s River Falls that look like they could be in Kakadu! Open for Lunch Thursday through Sunday and Dinner Friday and Saturday night. You might want to make a full day trip out of it,

Historic Homestead and Cellar Door (36mins on highway) sits above the on the flats on the other side of the Murrumbidgee River.

A lovely Drive through the countryside to The Junee Licorice and Chocolate Factory and The Coolamon Cheese Factory is a great day out and certainly one of the more popular (and Tasty) excursions we recommend.

The Chocolate Factory has levels of different shops, Kids can get hands on making freckles or rocky road and you can be sure to come back with lots of goodies.

The fine makers of cheese at the Cooloamon Cheese Factory has lots of lovely and unique cheeses for tasting and sale, with a cafe open every day for Lunch.
