By ticking the "I have read and understood the terms and conditions box", clicking on the 'Confirm Booking' button and making payment, you have read agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to both Kimo Estate and Flash Jacks of Gundagai (the Kimo Estate group) owned by Kimo Estate Holdings.

Booking

Reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking

Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to written advice on confirmation of reservation.

All accommodation bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by provision of Valid Credit Card details

By providing valid credit card details, you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorise Kimo Estate Holdings to charge the cost of your booking to the credit card in the case of cancellation or no show penalties as detailed below.

100% Payment Required 30 Days from Check In on the card provided.

All reservations will be confirmed by email, it is the responsibility of guests to review the booking confirmation promptly and advise us (the Kimo Estate group) if there are any errors or misunderstandings.

All bookings are non-transferable and are not able to be on-sold.

Reservations are required to be in the name of a person occupying the room.

Refunds, CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

Amendments are available up to 30 days prior to your check in free of charge, after that point amendments are considered a cancellation and full charge is payable.

Cancellations are available up to 30 days prior to your check in free of charge, after that point full room charge is payable.

No refund will be issued if your stay is cut short for any reason.

All bookings made outside of 14 Days prior to check in may cancel their booking within 24 hours if they have made a booking in error or have misunderstood the terms and conditions. The amount of refund is the full value of your booking less a $50 Administration fee.

Check in and check out

Standard check- in time is 2.00pm. The name of the booking (or nominee) must be the person checking in.

Standard check- out time by 10.30am.

Please notify in the event of late arrival.

General terms and conditions

All accommodation is subject to availability

Prior to arrival, guests will be required to provide a valid credit card to cover any incidental charges

Damage, breakages, theft, and losses are the responsibility of the person named in the booking during their stay. In the event of major damages, a daily room tariff equal to the daily tariff that we would charge if the room was available to be let or any other rate that may be agreed to by the management, in accordance with business demand on the day, until the said room has been returned to its saleable condition

Additional cleaning fees may apply as required by management

The consumption of drugs in rooms is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of booking, dismissal of guest without a refund and legal prosecution

Smoking is not permitted at any time in any of our accommodation. An additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged.

Pets are only allowed in Windies and Daley’s cottages by request. Pets are not allowed in the Kimo Estate Ecohuts, Shearers Quarters or Flash Jacks of Gundagai.

The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.

Lost or stolen keys will incur a $200 fee. Attempts will be made to contact the guest who will be given the opportunity to return keys taken. Failure to do so will result in the fee being charged to their credit card.

Room degradation (such as vomit, bodily wastes) a $200 cleaning fee will be charged, plus any professional floor cleaning charges at cost, plus a daily room tariff equal to the daily tariff that we would charge if the room was available to be let or any other rate that may be agreed to by the management, in accordance with business demand on the day, until the said room has been returned to its saleable condition

The breach of any of the above conditions may result in immediate termination of rental and additional charges.

CHILDREN and Pets

Children aged under 16 years of age (not including newborns) are not permitted in the Ecohuts and Kimo Estate Holdings reserves the right and full discretion to not accept a booking for children in this age bracket.

Children and Pets are to be supervised at all times when staying at our child/pet friendly accommodation. Please keep them away from all working areas of the farm, be aware of machinery and other dangers. Sheds may contain sharp implements or chemicals and entry to or around working areas (yards/sheds/etc.) is strictly prohibited.

Vermin control is performed at the cottages and it is the responsibility of the pet owner to be aware of the tamper proof boxes containing the bait.

Pets stay at Kimo Estate with all care no responsibility. Owners must be fully responsible for their animals at all times. Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from/to their pet.

Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest’s pet.

Guests/Owners are personally responsible for any harm that their pets cause to other guests/people/animals at Kimo Estate, aggressive dogs are strictly prohibited at Kimo Estate. Any harm to our sheep or cattle by guests dogs will require compensation at a fair market rate.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and subject to availability. All gift vouchers expire 36 months from the date of issue. Gift Vouchers are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Voucher codes are one time usage only, guests are encouraged to make use of the full voucher with each booking. Gift vouchers are redeemable for accommodation only.

Party Policy

Zero tolerance party policy.

In the interest of quiet enjoyment and respect for all other guests at the motel, a no party policy applies to all guests staying at the property.

Guests are expected to be respectful of other guests at all times

Marketing and Advertising

The use of Kimo Estate or Flash Jacks of Gundagai for marketing or advertising is by written agreement only with the Directors of Kimo Estate Holdings Pty. Ltd. Kimo Estate reserves the right to cancel accommodation or seek compensation for the use of our property or seek removal of unapproved usage of our properties. Damages will be sought for commercial deals that are affected by the unauthorised usage of our accommodation in advertising or marketing. This includes 3rd party arrangements.
